Chloe Fink was crowned Miss Moonshine 2021 Friday night. Chloe is the 15-year-old daughter of Jim Fink of Logan, and Heidi Brooks of Lancaster. The Moonshine Festival runs through Memorial weekend and has many events during the three-day festival. If you’re out and about be sure to visit the Moonshine Festival in New Straitsville.
